I love her voice and songs. Laura Pausine is great. I think her Live Cd in Paris is better.
Another Live CD isn't necessary

Yawn. Laura isn't that good live. Yes she has a great voice, but it is best kept in the studio. Give us something new and interesting please. Live in Paris followed by an album of covers, followed by another live album covering much of the same material found on Live in Paris. Again,,,YAWN.....
Awesome

i love laura pausini - one of the best artists out there - especially since she can sing in 4 languages (or maybe it's 5 now since she's singing in french on this album). she has an incredible voice, but without being annoying and trying for something out of her reach vocally. i had my doubts about a live album, but it's a great collection - even some stuff in portuguese for her brazilian/portuguese fans. :) i will always love her music - whatever the language.
the best so far

Laura is an OK singer, but a Mina, she is not! Her songs are catchy and cheesey, but the vocals is very ordinary, carousel music.
This is a three star album and that is pushing it.
Björk taps the essence again

...so i too felt a bit lost when Volta was released. The music of course is interesting as always, but at a friend of mine said, "it's the least cutting-edge piece she's ever produced." I agreed with him at first, but after watching the podcasts about the recording of the album, the whole thing made tremendous sence.
This album is in part Bjork's reaction to time spent doing benefit work and coming into contact with underdeveloped parts of the world. I think she sensed that people there are being oppressed, and she is speaking to us and to them when she says "Declare Independence." The music is stimulating, and filled with colourfull details, if you listen closely.
