    This is the most indescribably beautiful, emotional, well-crafted choral work I've experienced outside of Beethoven or Mozart. The libretto is composed entirely of Joan of Arc's own words, testimony from her trial, the words of female mystics, biblical texts, and contemporary writings that correspond to the film beautifully. I can't imagine this film without this soundtrack - it adds so much and is the perfect accompaniment.

    Richard Einhorn’s Voices of Light is absolutely beautiful. His dramatic score is transporting, consoling and life-affirming. I love this album.

    What would i do without my voices of light soundtrack? Those who appreciate emotional minimalist are going to fall head over heels in love with this absolute treasure. There is no other album I love more. The subtle parts, the dramatic orchestrals, and the mysterious anonymous four bring this to a fiery boil: just sit down, close your eyes, and listen. It's ok if you don't understand.
