I'm so thrilled to see this album. I've been getting her newer albums in the import aisle for years and have never been disappointed. I don't think we would have had a market for Amy, Adele or Alicia without her.

Basically Arista thought it was too "ballad heavy" to make any commercial impact in the US market, so it was shelved here and just released in EU. I bought it was an import back in the mid 90s.

Well, now i'm starting to wonder why this album wsn't released in the US? I love the way Lisa puts that soul to her music and this is one of her best albums yet. Gary....

"I Give You Everything".....How have I missed this album through the years? Never heard of it, and one day it pops up on iTunes. Stunning discovery. Ranks among her best. So glad I stumbled across this hidden gem. If you like her hits, you'll love this album that was never released in the USA.
