If you like traditional Chinese folk music fused with some eletronia sampling this album is for you. There are no bad songs on this album, and the songs that really stand out is The three rivers, A Girl's Heart, running water, and even the opening song Tibet sets the mood of the album

Great traditional Chinese music palatable to Western ear yet with very subtle electronica "enhancements". The Three Rivers conjures up an image of The Emperor's processions. A connoisseur's secret treasure, this record is! Took me some effort to get ahold of this record back in the pre-iTunes day! Can't go wrong with Chesky Records!

This album fell below my expectations from the sound bites, but there's still some really good stuff. Best tracks here are Prayer and In that Distant Place
