I first bought this album back in 96-97 on tape when it had one less track. I've been knockin this ever since. This album sets the bar for rap music and to this day there's never been any album I've ever heard that raises the bar. Track after track Hollow delivers with hardcore rhymes that make you want to reach under your seat and grab yo heat! The album takes you through a journey of every possible emotion known to man. Too bad Hollow don't produce albums like this no more. Flawless, Slug 4 slug, and Thug Status were coo but they were far from being an instant classic like Takin No Shortsz.

This cd came out in like 1998 or something like that. I don't know what it is but SACRAMENTO HAS THE BEST GANGSTER RAP. PERIOD.
One of the hardest cd's to ever come out of Sac. It reminds me of the good ol day's

artists like C-Bo, X-Raided, Gangsta Dre, Brotha Lynch, Luni Coleone, Marvaless, T-Nutty, not to mention Hollow Tip! and i would have to say Hollow Tip is in my top 5 artists and this is the best cd they have put out because its such a classic!! get it or keep sleepin..

First, he's not from the bay area. He's from North Highlands which is in Sacramento. Couple hours from the bay. Secondly, this album did not drop in '07 its alot older than that more around the '97 - '98 range. I remember him working on this back when we were in Highschool back at Pacific High. Great album. Loved it when it was new and still like it today.

This is one of the best albums you could get your hands on. Period. Hoo Ride Attack is one of the best jams I have ever heard, and I've been listening to rap since the early 90's. Trust me you won't be disapointed in this purchase.
