I am music fan. When I heard this song on a local show here in Birmingham, I immediately when to the computer and down loaded it. It's country, but it is funky. I love it. Cowboy, keep it up brother. Like one of the reviewers said. "Make us proud".

Unfortunately, iTunes does not have his album, Black in the Saddle. Otherwise, I would tell anyone who doesn't like Cowboy Troy to go listen to both the songs "How Can You Hate Me?" and "Take Your Best Shot Now". Both of those songs explain how some people dislike him, but you have to realize how his hybrid of music by rapping country songs to rock music is so amazing that he is talented enough to be able to do something like that. He is also supported and best friends with Big & Rich, who are one of the most successful country groups of today. So give him a shot and you will understand how he is able to mix some of the best types of music into one genre: hick-hop.

This is horrible. And degrading. This is not country at all. It is rap that is trying to be hidden like country. There is a country song for every mood. So what mood is this song for??? This should be reclassified to rap!

Country, rap, hick -hop, emo, screamo, do we really need a name for everything? It is fun music, and it is made for the clubs, and pumping out in the big systems out the windows of vehicles. Like mine, I have it playing in my loud truck, and my wife loves it, and so do my kids, that hate country, they think it is COOL.Fun to sing along with and makes them want to dance! Open your eyes, its only music. By the way, the next track on my Ipod plays Johnny Cash, who by the way is in the Country Hall of Fame, Rock 'n' Roll HOF and the Songwriters HOF. So was he not country either?

I like Cowboy Troy and I like country but this is not country and I do not care for this music at all. Listen to the preview before you buy the album or you may be disappointed.
