I would not have purchased this recording if I had known it was missing the most of the finale. Even worse, previous customers had complained about this years ago and it has been neither deleted nor fixed.

It is missing the finale of the Opera.. "E ver god'e quest'anima" It is the whole point of the Opera.. the definitive moment when Armida chooses vengeance over love.. & the soprano sings too quick, tho her note accuracy is good. The tenors sing more dramatically. Buy the Maria Callas version (with the black & white picture as the cover) that recording is EPIC!! VIVA LA CALLAS!! :D :D !!

I reported the broken off final track a year or so ago. They've still done nothing about it. Even worse, iTunes continues to sell it when they know it's defective.

This is a good performance and recording until track 42 Act III Finale Terzo. The recording STOPS midstream. I've tried to report this but without success. Perhaps this will work?
