3 masters at work

Crush of Love brought me in but the 3 live tracks are incredible. Jonathan Mover and Stu Hamm are up to the challenge of playing with Joe.
Solo guitar at its finest

I bought this album simply because it was cheaper than the others on iTunes. Upon a first listen, I was blown away. Joe brings so much sound to the band all by himself adding unique fills such as scrapes or harmonics so that there are no gaps in the sound. Memories is absolutely incredible with an improv section showing the full range of Joe's style. His guitar is almost literally an extension of himself expressing his every nuance. Stuart Hamm is the unsung hero, providing a full chord base for soloing over. Plenty of slap-n-pop grooves, tapped chords, and quick arpeggios add to the feel, giving the impression of a second guitar sometimes. In summary, BUY THIS ALBUM. If you like Satriani, solo guitar, or just a good rock jam, you will not be disappointed.
