I say this as a fan, this album doesn't capture the creativity and cleverness she's known for. The songwriting feels watered down, and some of the tracks are just odd choices (Wood CANCELLED!). The whole "showgirl" concept doesn't connect with the music or lyrics, and she comes across a bit out of touch this time around. I'm saying this honestly, it's okay to expect better.

Please stop giving this girl awards. Or, Taylor, girl please stop buying awards to make people think you’re good at this…it’s ok to put the pen and mic down and take a break. You need a nap.

Taylor Swift made great music back in her day, unfortunately her new music is so uncreative. This album is very satanic in my opinion. From the cover of the album to some of the lyrics and even on some of the limited edition vinyls and CDs. Song writers need to realize that you can write a song without the need for inappropriate lyrics. She proved that herself with early albums of hers. And I believe those are the best songs she wrote. Even some of her later work was good, such as Midnights, folklore, and evermore. Though the country was superior. TTPD was ok, but I feel like at this point of how fast she came up with that album, it feels like her music is fast food. Quick easy money. Thats what this album feels like, the same predictable songs that sound like her past 5 albums. I believe this is where it goes downhill, Taylor will quickly learn that her old ways were the best ways. But until then folks, the show is over! This is where it goes downhill. Another one at Hollywood bites the dust.

The title says it all. I’m a metal head and a musician. I appreciate good music and liked some of her earlier releases. Can I get my money back, nothing about this album is good. Truth hurts. You shouldn’t be putting this trash out that even my 6 year old daughter said was “blah”.

Honestly I expected more from Taylor, I was so looking forward to Sabrina Carpenter being in the album and to be honest it kinda sucked. Taylor, we expected more.
