I don't normally do reviews when there are only 2 tracks out, but they're both stellar and the 1-star reviews on here don't articulate why they dislike like the music. Here is my assessment: "Everybody Scream" gets an A+, it's the primal scream song I needed & didn't get from Wolf Alice, and the production is great too—the Celtic influences really suit her! "One of the Greats" gets an A, it manages to capture what it's like to be a woman approaching 40 in a man's world in under 7 minutes—the songwriting is downright superb! The production starts off great but lags a bit towards the end, hence the slightly lower grade, but the song is 6 min. 33 sec. I contend there's no one in music right now with a comparable fanbase who is better suited to do a Halloween album than Florence (excluding acts who already have one), and I can't wait to hear the full project!!!
