Just vague descriptions of God and no call to action. It’s just peer to peer messages saying God is good. Big meh. Christians today are starving to be led into God’s presence. Not just talk about Him in the most general sense to a buddy.
My goodness what an album!

This just might be his best album. first of all so cool to see him in the prodcer seat for the first time. he coproduced most of the tracks on this album. help my unbelief is a stand out. This song will help so many. Not something you would expect from him at all. still the King the tile truck is absolutely stunning and it’s such a beautiful reminder that so many things will come and go, but the king is still the king no matter what. instrumental pieces, especially the one before my father‘s world are just really great all done by his piano player. they really tie the whole album together in such a beautiful way. coming soon is revelation 19 put a song and it’s such a timely reminder given on what’s going on in our country right now. we don’t know the day and we don’t know the hour, but Jesus is coming back soon. how good it is the first single is straight scripture and so fun. he has done great things is such a beautiful reminder of the sacrifice Jesus made for us and it’s always great to hear him singing with Phil Wickham. Jesus saved is just a testimony and salvation song so simple but so profound. That’s just who he is and river of joy are absolute joy bombs. awesome to see him bring you are my king. Amazing. Love a song from the 90s to a new generation. My father‘s world is a beautiful cake on an already beautiful hymn with a beautiful new chorus.
How good it is!
