Ed’s music does not all sound the same . This song is fun and full of life . It should be embraced . How many artists go to all these different countries and incorporates all the different cultures . I wish we had more artists like Ed who want to make this world a better place through music . How many artists give back to where they come from ? Not Many .

Rumors of Ed’s retirement are very untrue. This is the first single from his next album “play”. He plans to release five more albums, “play”, “pause”, “rewind”, “fast-forward”, and “stop”. “Stop” would be his last planned full length studio album, but he has said he would only semi-retire at that time. As for this song, it is one of Ed’s better songs because I don’t feel it sounds the same as a lot of his older songs. With this next phase of albums, I am hoping he explores some new sounds. This is a good start, although I thought it was a plan on words for “as I am”.
