Bands change over time, and their sound’s gonna shift from one era to the next. I’m totally fine with that—I can appreciate the evolution. Even if an album doesn’t meet my expectations, I can still tell when a song is solid... even if it’s just not my thing. I wish I could say that about this one. Like a lot of people have said, something just feels off. I miss Richie and his vocals—he could fill in spots where Jon couldn’t quite carry it alone. One thing since Richie left, most of the songs are so boring, I can't get through most songs from the past 4 to 6 albums. That said, I haven’t really been into much since Have A Nice Day, and Richie was still around then. So I can’t blame everything on him leaving. But I do think he brought some creativity and energy that’s missing now. I’ve given the album a listen, and honestly, I won’t be buying it. I wish I felt differently. There are maybe two to four decent tracks, but even those didn’t grab me enough to want to buy them.

You can tell this album was meant to be great but came out mediocre. That hard, guitar rock was missing. The lyrics are great but was overshadowed by the lack of delivery. They don’t necessarily need Richie back but they do need that rock and soul sound that Richie brought to the band.

Back To The Bon Jovi of Optimism and Faith. Legendary & Living Proof are reminiscent of Have A Nice Day and The Circle. Walls of Jericho will be a fan favorite live, Waves & Seeds will have you signing along with meaningful lyrics. Best album in last decade easy! Bon Jovi Forever!

This album is exactly what it needs to be. Great songs that take you on story telling ride. I don’t miss or need this to be slippery when wet. If I want to hear that album, I’ll just play it. This album is solid. Thank you fellas, all you need to do now is tour!

I have been a huge fan of the early Bon Jovi, lost track after Have a Nice Day album just because they changed their rock style a bit but overall they have been always amazing. This album is great, I love how diverse it is, love all the songs, Living Proof my favorite, Kiss the Bride is a sweet song, couldn’t be any other way since Jon made it for Stephanie…Can’t say enough good things about this album but the main thing I can say is BIG THANK YOU JON BON JOVI for giving all of you to make it happen and keep the dream alive! I hope he recovers his voice fully but if he doesn’t I am already grateful for all the joy he’s brought into my life since 1988, that’s the year I became a fan ❤️

Love the new album! You can tell each song represents a personal experience in Jon’s life past and present. I love the positive tone and optimism of the album. I’m so proud of the band. They did a great job on this one and that exactly why its climbing to the top of the record charts! 💕

Jon got an operation for his vocal cords and now he sounds great again. Really enjoying this album and hoping he’ll go back on the road soon.
