Unbelievable that we, the international Doctor Who audience (hello from Texas!), are being treated to more from Murray Gold.
No shade to Segun Akinola, a serious talent in his own right… but, wow! The little we’ve heard from the new era at this point is just amazing. This song alone somehow brings back remembrances of David Bowie’s Goblin King from Labyrinth, with a catchy, hum-it-in-your head, modern musicality that also somehow feels like it will be quite at home with the new Doctor.
Impressive work… looking forward to so much more.
Thank you! (Now if we could only get that long missed Season 10 soundtrack… 🥴😄)
