This was absolutely a banger of a release, and in 2024 it still bumps. Pt. 2 was an amazing follow-up to this, and then post-overdose… the amazing music he had recorded was released, and I really began to mourn a truly amazing talent. Some say he didn’t have solid vocals, nor lyrics… but I’d say that’s subjective. Everyone likes what they like. If Peep were around, he’d tell you to like what you like, and if you don’t like his music that’s fine — you aren’t forced to. Most people loved it though… myself included.

This the album that got me into peep! RIP THE LONG ISLAND LEGEND. Plz play peep at my funeral. Peep is a goat and a legend wish I knew about dude when he was alive. Had an opportunity to open with em. Missing dude everyday. If he was Alive that dude would’ve taken off into every avenue he trying to go. S/o to smokeasac s/o to momma peep Liza womak. LONG BEACH IS BEAUTIFUL.

I usually don't give two hoots about most "popular" music, but this guy broke thru the saccharine wall of mind-numbing mediocrity to create some of the most heart-rending songs ever conceived. I pray he now holds counsel with the angels.
