This album, Kiva, is so much more than music. It truly is an experience. I've been listening to it for more than a year now, and every time I listen to it feels deeply sacred. Like no other piece of music I have experienced, it has an ability to transport the mind, psyche, soul into a deep sense of earthy human spirituality. Spirituality when it was purely spoken, chanted, sung and danced: before it was written and read and became dogmatic. It opens the listener to deep cavernous mysteries, spirits of the plants, blissful communion with tribe and Spirit. This music is pure. I think the genre it's in "Latino" is not appropriate. It should be categorized as Ambient- I think there, Kiva will find more of an audience.
