I’ve been obsessed with the whole diamonds era for the longest time. I’m obsessed with the magic that was made in east cotes studio 1. I love diamonds because you can feel the happiness and love pouring out of this new sound. Peep and Makonnen had such a good time working on this album together and you can hear that in peeps voice I believe. He was happy to be working with Makonnen and peep was so proud of this new music he was creating. It was so new and experimental and for me it works and I believe the people who don’t like this album just don’t see the vision and don’t understand the importance of it. I’m a big fan of both artists and this got the treatment it deserved especially with the mini documentary- W
