“California” is so underrated and you look at some of these reviews calling it trash with no reasoning? This album took time and effort, more effort than what a few people wrote in a matter of seconds. I doubt they even listened 5 minutes into this album since it’s so “trash”. The hype is well-deserved and should’ve lasted longer. Anyone could see that. Chappell was underrated and now she’s perfectly rated as a new artist. I hope some of her new songs can measure up to this album!

It’s good but you called ur fans creepy and weird. I’m not really a fan but my friend looked up to you, she wasn’t creepy and weird. Like she knew how old u were that was it. But after u called ur fans creepy and weird she was so heartbroken. When was she ever a princess?

The language is extremely vulgar, which doesn’t bother me too much but it means I can’t sing these songs loudly in public without getting weird looks 😭. Another reason why I rated this four stars is the fact that most of her songs are LGBTQ, which I’m not very okay with. Most of the songs are wonderfully catchy and they are never boring, thanks to the colorful lyrics and fun synths and melodies. My favorite ones are Red Wine Supernova and Casual. If people dislike this album, that’s totally fine. Everyone has different tastes in music, but please try to keep an open mind while reviewing! Also, it was quite mean of Chappell to call ALL of her fans creepy and weird. I’m a casual fan of hers (pun unintended) but not a diehard one. I know there’s probably a few legit weird fans of Chappell, but to call ALL of her fans creepy is a little too far. Another thing I don’t like about her music is the fact that it contains loads of feminism and woke ideology. But despite the bad things, her music is mostly really really catchy and awesome to listen to (except her new song, The Giver, which is a poor attempt at country music).
