This is a must buy for all Who fans. The outakes and alternate versions are excellent. You have a stereo version of "Time is Passing" that is much better than the versions that were previously released. An unedited version of "Let's See Action" that is phenomenal. A version of "My Wife" that I think has a better vocal by Entwistle than what was on the ordinal release. I have all the Who box sets but this is my favorite.

I was only 12 or 13 when i first heard this beautiful album, and now that’s it’s coming in a long awaited remaster with Pete’s abandoned Lifehouse project and some Live bonusies, this is an excellent box set that Wholigans like me are sure to enjoy!! :D

This new rerelease of Who’s Next, purportedly creates the Lifehouse album that Pete Townshend originally set out to do so many years ago. I have a box set of CDs that came out years ago that brought together all of the work that was in the archives for the Lifehouse project. I see very little of that in this latest rehash of that mostly non-commercial material. Don’t get me wrong, this new collection is much superior in content to the box set I own, but it’s not “Lifehouse” . Why market album as such?
