So I definitely wasn’t prepared for this sound. It’s not a bad album by any means, just not what you’d expect from them. But with that said, it’s still just an average album.

Looked into iTunes this AM and saw a NEW REVIVALISTS album!! So excited, didnt know they were having a new one. BOUGHT IT UNSEEN... After first listen, WHAT IS THIS? There is no SOUL, NO BLUES, no FUNK.. Its boring, the sound is all wrong, the vocals are terrible. Doesnt sound like the original band at all. TERRIBLE addidtion to their discogrpahy.

Great opening track, love the inspirational vibe! Have a few dozen listens in already, June 2nd seems like a long wait...
