Girls Like me and Obsessed provide an insight to how we feel. Viet people not only known for their world sweetest smiles, but their ability to empathize with you. Obsessed is my new workout favorite before I go into Yoga and meditation to flush my adrenaline and lower my stress cortisol, so breathing can works it magic with activating my parasympathetic nervous system.
Obsessed will let you run and exhale. Whether if it’s fight/flight or anxious energy you can do rapid & deep breathing to it. P.S. Congrats on making the Viet Chart!
