I really like The Dying Song, Warranty, and Yen. This album is something only a REAL maggot will appreciate.

Some songs are pretty good however, it’s blain, too soft, and it’s more melodic. It had Vol 3 and All Hope is Gone vibes.
Its different but good

I really like this album.. I enjoy hearing Corey sing in his not death metal voice all the time.. I’d recommend it to anybody who appreciates heavy music..
Sad end of the great tragedy….

Sorry I’m late to the party. Just went thru the album. Literally forgot about it. And I’m really not mad at myself. Quite honestly, it’s what I expected. I don’t know who coined it, but like everything after IOWA, this is SOURKNOT. H377 is only track on this album closest to what I remember from when I street team’d for them before s/t even came out. I’ve bought every album and been to soooooooo many shows way back in the day (20 dead flower children amirite?) but at this point. Cory literally needs to relisten to the s/t or hope stone sour is a thing again. But pick one. Please.
????? (Nope👎)

It’s been the end since ‘.5: The gray chapter’ album. Jay is no Joey but whatever, it is what it is. For those that don’t know Jay replaced Joey who Is their Original Drummer and Paul gray was Their base player. 🕯R.I.P. Joey (#1) and Paul (#2)🕯️miss you both😭💐💐🌹🌹

There’s too many nerds on here who listen to this and think this sounds bad, listen with your brain and NOT your ears. I still agree with this statement I posted however, some songs do belong in a Stone Sour Record. The songs that do NOT belong on a Stone Sour record and I RECOMMEND are these: 1. H377: SUPERB heavy Slipknot song, can sound like a different version of “The Negative One 2. Warranty: AMAZING original sounding Slipknot song arguably sounds like something they would do originally. 3. Hive Mind: Sounds like a good Psychosocial song but different and more upbeat 4. Medicine For The Dead: Sounds like a different version of Psychosocial 5. De Sade: Highly Recommend here, it sounds like Dead Memories on Steroids Songs that are in the middle for me: 6. Yen, The Dying Song (Time To Sing), The Chapeltown Rag: All even in my opinion, but some aren’t as good as the other 5 I mentioned. 7. Acidic: Kinda iffy but not bad for a Slipknot song. 8. Alderall: Definitely sounds like Insert Coin from the last album mixed with Spiders The worst songs: 9: Heirloom: Corey, why didn’t you put more effort into this one, it sounds like a Stone Sour Album. 10. Finale: Once again Corey, it sounds like a Stone Sour song mixed with the circus music, I get it, you’re staying in your band, but why did you leave it at this? All in all, a good album, is it great? No, is better than the last one We Are Not Your Kind? Yes, but I still think The Gray Chapter and All Hope Is Gone are my favorites. This comes in second with these two, as a musician I apprehend understand how tough it was to write this. But at the same time, I was hoping for a Gray Chapter sounding album after all. I still miss Paul Gray and Joey Jordison, they’re not coming back so we have to deal with that unfortunately.
Greatest Band Ever
