Growing on me

This album didn’t pop for me like Bulletproof Picasso of sme of the earlier stuff, but it’s pretty good. The homage to America (the band) was awesome in Ain’t No Easy Way.

Oh my...I believe we have a great album! I love this one like California 37, Bulletproof Picasso, and Save Me, San Francisco! I can't stop dancing and singing to the songs! Really happy that I decided to purchase! Definitely my favorite band!
A for effort

Cleopatra hooked me.
then Running Back hit home hard.
Those two are my favorites. And I love the track with Jewel of course.
The album overall feels very positive and classically good.

As a long time fan of these guys I feel like this albums is better than the previous 2. This is more like California 37. 👌🏻
Was expecting more

In previous interviews, Pat mentioned this release would be a return to more “classic Train”. I was hopeful that at least some of the songs would be in that format. Unfortunately, it is not. I get that Pat wants to be in the radio and to get on the radio these days requires this kind of music. With time I could see myself maybe liking 1-2 songs but this sadly is a big miss for me (and this is coming from a long time fan who enjoyed a girl a bottle and a boat).
Take the train back.

Take the train back to the days when it still had some punch. This is so over produced it sounds like pop gone bad.

Their best album since Bulletproof Picasso. They’ve hit a home run with this one!
