I love her voice and their music, but there is something about the song "shatter" that I absolutely love - very different from their norm, which is why most people will ignore it, but for me, it's amazing.

Against The Current always understands the assignment. ALWAYS. I've loved their music since 2014, and they've remained my favorite band for a long time. It's songs like these that are why. Chrissy always writes songs that are about mental health, and things that are real and raw! However, she writes it in a way that is both straightforward and metaphorical. She writes about the things I struggle with, and she describes it in a way that I never could. Her use of words is absolutely perfect, so incredibly deep, and (pun intended), shattering. Keep going, Chrissy. You'll never know how much I love this band. If I could give this 10 stars, I would.
