From the first song to the last, the sequel album has delivered in spades and touched my heart, and I’m sure many others’ as well. I find myself completely entranced and uplifted while listening to any one of the songs, even and especially the ominous beat of Hyrule Castle. My favorites are The Great Sea and Kass’ Theme followed by Zelda’s Lullaby, Revali’s Theme and The Legendary Hero but honestly they’re all so amazing and just synergize so well. Once again, Mikel has outdone himself.
I was creeping into final exams (again) when I first saw the album on YouTube. I was so pleasantly surprised; I had no idea that a second one was coming.
Despite all the stress and dread, each and every one of the new songs gave me hope and resolve to keep pressing forward so that I could one day Zelda & Chill.
