I just heard a song from this record on a YouTube commercial. I shazzamed it and here I am. Look, the production on this record is hot! And even the lyrics flow real nice. My only problem is that the lyrics are drowned out by the beats. I am not sure if this was done on purpose (as some artists today are going for a lo-fi production sound. But for me, I want to hear the lyrics balanced much better with the beats. It sounds like it wasn’t mastered at the end. Mixed and totally, not balanced and mastered. I prefer hearing the nice flows better with the dope production. I think this album is good enough, if it were my album (being a 30+ year hip hop artist myself), I would remix and remaster this. Otherwise, this is a very good independent record. -Dangerous Devil-
