Compared to an MP3 played on a Sony NW Walkman or vynyl/CD, the volume level on this album purchase through the ITunes Store is quiet low. Even though you purchased this track/album, Apple Music chimes in saying that you can adjust the individual track/album sound level ONLY if you sign up for an Apple Music subscription. Whether low level volume is deliberate sabotage or not, it can safely be assumed you are getting ripped off here. My suggestion is that if you must have this song, it may be cheaper to track down the CD and a CD player for proper volume level. I would say a Sony NW but they are quite expensive.
