I like it and hope to see it make its way on the pop charts. It bridges the gap between a lot of the music I already own. Country music is really good, well composed, and classic Americana. I like to go to dance clubs, and to me, the EDM stuff is always really new and cutting edge because of all the new, modern, 'different sounds.' Usually the catchiest dynamics of modern club music find their way into the mainstream. In the end, Thomas provides a good future outlook for country music and where the backbeat of country should go in the future to stay current. Similar backbeats include: Avicii's "Hey Brother" and David Guetta's "Lover's on the Sun." However, his work sounds very American, and I'm looking forward to the next album.
