What happened .... did Einsturzende Neubauten just hook into the 'American Idol' mentality? Did they move to Cleveland? (sorry Cleveland) Where did all the expirametations with sound go? Every song sounnds the same, maybe with the exception of Ten Grand Goldie. A lot of us have been waiting patiently for this album. And this is what they produced!? I have been a die hard fan of theirs since the 1st album, Kolllaps. It hurts me to say this about their newest endevour. If there was ever a time we needed some good ol'fashion Neubauten music, it is now. Something with power, vocal umph, something energetic with new and intresting sounds/noises. Something to make Us think. Like the older albums did. With this horrible pandemic going on all over the world.This is just shocking how mainstream it sounds. And the title Alles in Allem, All in All. It sounds like they are just giving up! I never thought E.N. would sound like a bored highbrow lounge act. Maybe it is the end... of the true musical artist.
