This is by a man from the southern coast of VA, not WV! I know he did not write some of these songs like the John Henry one! It’s also not a rock album as listed!! This is also probably his worst yet! His vocals sound like crap & the bluegrass/folk playing is is recycled, nothing new!!

I’ve been a Steve Earle fan since I was 9 years old and guitar town was released. This album is a masterpiece from start to finish. I haven’t cared for his last several albums, and almost skipped this one because of that. I’m glad I didn’t. It’s perfect. Buy this album. You won’t be sorry.
