This is strong. This is vulnerable. This is real. I have been a huge fan of IDK’s after hearing from him on my Spotify Daily Mix. I first heard “Alone” and had it on repeat all day at the office. Really, really good music. Really good production. The lyrics are intelligent & relatable. I put this guy up there with Freddie Gibbs, Isaiah Rashad, and Vince Staples. Lots of heart & talent. Keep it up, bro. This is art.

It’s great

This a whole conceptualized album and it is by far one of the best albums to tackle the themes of religion and the uncertainty of a God. The GLC feature on “No Cable” does more than pay homage to Section.80. Its helps understand the idea of whether or not He is real. This whole album, from start to finish, is a well thought album with dope features that conveys a meaningful message

So much thought and effort was put into this album, it is truly unique. It’s nice to hear a fresh sound from a newer artist who didn’t even want to list labels so the focus could be on strictly the music. This is one of the best albums I’ve ever heard and it’s definitely best of the year.
