Hearing this makes me wonder how they could produce great music on their original 9 albums. As a Doors aficionado I appreciate this release, but I wouldn’t recommend it the average listener or a newcomer to the Doors. The recording of this album is fair and the band’s performance is amateurish.

The earliest recording of The Doors live in a small club on the Sunset Strip. This is a tremendous release. Excellent sound quality too. They played a very rare Strange Days live in this set. A must for any Doors fan.
