Reviews

  • Great album, peak dubstep.

I like some good dubstep here and there and after a few listens there’s so much about the tracks in this album that stand out among the rest the way the sounds are times and orchestrated that I’m not sure how to describe it here. Full of bangers, some my favorite are ignite, ceremony, PLUR, Carnage, hydroplane, rum for cover, battleship, jetpacks, wreck, the pod, black hole, falling away, jello stream, solar winds, and go commando. 30 tracks and most have something new to offer! I’ve listened to all a few times and i don’t have a problem letting album play start to finish even the intro is pretty good ;)

His music evolved and that’s a good thing to always keep your roots but also bring new creativity into the drops that seem to catch you off guard and that’s how it should be.
  • Amazing! So much killer, no filler!

Martin Staaf is a genius.. In this 30-track masterpiece he takes us on a bass music journey that transcends genres. From the multicultural beats and vocals found across several different tracks to the perfectly produced ethereal symphonies that take your mind into other worlds only to drop you into a beat that moves every part of your body and covers your body in bass bumps... The LP opens strong and never gives up, it’s hard to pick favorites, but if I’m forced I’ll pick Carnage, Run for Cover, Hydroplane, Battleship, Wreck, The Pod and pretty much everything after!... geez Midvinter is incredible! Falling Away! Jello Stream! Murder on the Freeway... the guy deserves all the awards. This is brilliant.

Going the Zeds Deads route I see... Really heavy in the early years and moving on to lighter stuff?
  • A True Legend!

Martin you’ve really pushed the limits with this one. 30 tracks is a remarkable album no matter the genre. Wish tonight’s show in Tulsa wasn’t sold out tonight.
