I think it’s funny reading folks commenting on this being the album that Kanye started to switch to mainstream. This album was still unique as all his albums before and after. We never seen an artist transform after every project. If this album sound mainstream to you, it’s because you already heard the carbon copies of Graduation. This was the original and you only know that if you heard this in real time.

I myself am a pretty big Em fan but his music doesn’t even come close to being as good as any of Ye’s hit albums. Ex: this, college dropout, late registration, yeezus, mdtwf, life of Pablo, 80s and heartbreak, shall I go on? Bottom line is your totally wrong if you think Eminem is better than Kanye. Name 3 songs that even come close to having the right to be written by Ye and I’ll be surprised.
