One of his best since “Reverberations.”

The last two Clean Tears albums before this were pleasant sounding affairs that lived mostly on the soft side of the territory between J Pop and trance. This album marks a return to the upbeat, euphoric trance sound of the first two “Reverberations” albums. While it lacks the hardcore techno dance music of “Reverberations 3” it handily captures the sound and feel of the first two — and “Migratory” is every bit as beautiful and compelling a trance anthem as “Inverse Relation.”
