This record is unreal. Missing You is unbelievable. Wished this group hung on for another album.

This is a great album for a late night road trip. And just who wrote the album notes for iTunes here? "What is Giza?" Uh, it's the location of the Great Pyramid in the Valley of the Kings in Egypt. Sammy wrote this when he was on vacation there..

This album features a real super group: Neal Schon (Santana / Journey) on guitars, Sammy Hagar (Montrose / Van Halen) on lead vocals, Kenny Aaronson (Billy Idol / Billy Squier) on bass and Michael Shrieve (Santana) on drums. Great guitar work by Schon, impressive singing by Hagar. A must have. All killer no filler. Just buy it!!!

I've had this on vinyl since it came out. I can't believe you can finally get it on itunes! If you're a hard core Hagar fan, you probably already know about it. I was fortunate enough to find a copy on cd about 15 years ago,so it made its way into my itunes library. It was originally recorded live and the crowd noise was dubbed out. Sammy and Neal are so great together. The benefit of having it on cd is you can join songs together. I have Animation,Valley of the kings and Giza blended togeher. Epic! To the original reviewer,Valley of the kings and Giza are about the Egyptian pyramids. So great front to back. If you're a Hagar fan or even a casual Hagar fan, get the whole album. I totally agree you won't be disappointed.

Really great songs on this release. Too bad this band didn't follow this up or tour. Every song is worth a listen.

I first got this on cassette as a kid when I first saw the video for “Missing You” on MTV. Then I listened to the whole thing and was blown away. This album is fantastic from top to bottom. It is especially amazing that they came up with these songs in a relatively short time and they were recorded live during a sound check. A lot of times when you build a “super group” they might not have that much in the way of chemistry. But that is not the case here. But it! You won’t be disappointed.
