I get people liking TV of Red , but the original has those touches that the new version doesn’t. TV is fine but it feels sang by someone with experience . It lacks the emotional investment on the songs.

I love the songs on this album…..when it’s Taylor’s version. My first experience with one of my fave Taylor songs, Come Back Be Here, was the re-recorded version. I now cannot listen to it because it’s lost so much of its charm and peppy undertone. Same with I knew you were trouble. We are never getting back together has the same thing happening. TV is so much better and I wish these burn forever

Red is an upbeat album with catchy melodies, and meaningful lyrics. Getting up and dancing to this album feels automatic with how uplifting the tune is. You need to stop driving away sales of the original version because "Scooter owns it". Buy the version you prefer. Taylor is a multi-millionaire.
