This was the only non-bootleg live album released by the Beatles. This is before their last live concert in August 1966. You can still hear joy in their voices. I, though sadly, can understand why they quit touring. But with release of this album recorded in August 1964 and ‘65, you really can feel why the Beatles were the band that changed not only rock ‘n roll, the Beatles, single-handedly changed the course of music that we listen to since 1962. If you don’t recognize that, I don’t want to denigrate your music taste but why would you waste you time on writing a review on a subject you you’ve chosen not to take the time to learn understand the history of modern music post World War II. Like Shakespeare, the Beatles changed the world.
