Most artists having 2 holiday-themed albums in their catalog is enough to make anyone groan, but Sarah can do no wrong. Wonderland is unlike her 2006 Christmas record, Wintersong, which is a brilliant album in itself, but stands on its own as a worthy companion piece. It’s worth getting the bonus edition for the 2 extra tracks; the title track on Wintersong and Snow from Wonderland are 2 of the most beautiful, sad, tear-inducing, emotional gut-punch songs if I’ve ever heard any. Sarah knows how to deliver holiday music with true feeling!
