John’s songs are amazing, but listening to Yoko hurts.

Music that can’t be repeated.
The Origin of Double Fantasy

John Lennon actually came up with the idea for recording Double Fantasy when he heard “Rock Lobster” by the B-52s for the first time in a disco club. He thought it sounded a lot like Yoko’s music and so he came up with the idea to record an album with Yoko, who’s New Wave style was just starting to become popular. I love how both John and Yoko came together to record this album by mixing John’s classic rock style and Yoko’s Avant Garde/New Wave style! P.S. comment and mention me if you think Yoko should be appreciated more!!!

I love it. Just heard it for the first time a few weeks ago. Vinyl. Great songs and performances by John and Yoko! A very enjoyable listen. I was not a Yoko fan. I am now. A strong intelligent woman. Peace and love to Yoko
Nice thing about....

The nice thing about downloading music is that you can delete all the Yoko songs.

How dare you say such a thing to such a great man? Rest in Piss are you KIDDING ME? This is art. You clearly do not know what real music is. This is a masterpiece in music.
Rediscovering this album

Listening this album again after 20 years, I found it beautiful and touching. Ono's "Give me Something" remains me some of the Klaus Nomi's songs. Truly avant and and subtle at the same time. Somehow theatrical. A love testament, a dialogue. Not for everyone.

Great album but Ono can’t really sing.
