this is the kind of album i could listen to 100 times and still find something new to love every single time. just about every track is unskippable, the production and sampling are absolutely incredible. kanye’s sampling has always been great, and i believe this is the best showing of his talent.
the only thing i could possibly think to complain about is that kanye’s lyrics are under par every once and a while, but it’s few and far between on most the tracks.
Runaway and Power are highlights of course, but this album is packed with tracks that deserve just about as much credit. it almost has an operatic, theatre feel about it, at times not even feeling like a rap album. peak kanye, just give it a try 💕🫡
