Belong and Luck are really the only 2 must haves off this ep. It's a good place to start with Washed Out I think. Not as strong as his 3 releases follwing this debut.

High Times is the debut EP from the Georgia-based artist Washed Out. The EP only had a limited release on cassette tape initially. This is where chillwave started.
