this isn’t just a song- but an experience. It’s melodic and gets you lost in electric guitar with her beauty background vocals. truly amazing and one of her absolute best songs period.

I loved every single album she released, but BTD kept its #1 spot for me. But this song is giving me vibes I have not felt in a looong time. So excited for the album.
Amazing

A little long, but good!

This song would have gotten a fifth star, but I feel the second half isn’t necessary given that it is a monster of a song.
I am in love with these lyrics though:
“Give me Hallmark: one dream, one life, one lover / Paint me happy and blue”
What is there not to love!?

What an amazing tune to just drive and relax to, better if you have someone driving for you! 😝
This is almost an all-time great

I love this tune and would give it 5 stars except for the gratuitous foul language which LDR seems to employ whether it adds or not. Thjis has been her M.O. since the beginning and it's worn thin. Otherwise this is a great song that starts out alt/indie pop and then changes to great dream pop in the second half. LDR enough with the language, we know your background.

No longer a threat

Lana is no longer a threat to other musicians. There’s no real reason to criticize. No one listens to her music anymore, just fans. They try to make light of the boring subject matter saying they are happy she’s happy.
It’s good that she’s happy but her music is so boring. It just drags on and doesn’t seem to end. To me, it still circulates around the same subjects as lust for life. Just a bit more cheesy. Still talks about missing her babe or whatever. I don’t see how this is more worldly then her last work but I understand that people still enjoy her music so they will say it’s her best work to prime her into make more music. None the less, musicians and critics are no longer intimidated by her deep words who captivated literally anyone who heard it, in good and bad ways.
