    "I Don't Wanna Be a Soldier" is so good here and all that's different is the mix. Modern style and great and takes nothing away from the originals, just improvment. Different instruments stand out on a track that was never my favorite, but WOW does "Soldier" sound great and cool. You can also hear George Harrison even better on the tracks and it's a good reminder how good his contributions were to this album. This new mix sounds very modern and fresh and rock n roll. Well bloody done.

    This is an incredible release. At times I feel as if I am in the recording studio with the guys. Thanks to Yoko and to the guys/girls in the booth who were able to capture these precious moments from arguably the greatest song writer and artist of all time.

    A great mix of the original album; the new mix lifts up the music and makes you feel like you’re in the room with John. The outtakes and demos are a great look into the recording process; trying to get the instruments to sound right, and interesting chatter in between. From what I’ve heard so far, this is great!

    At $29.99 for 61 tracks, this is a steal. I say that without having heard anything except the original album, the demo, and some of the outtakes. Anyone who loves the Beatles or John Lennon should pick this up. Thank you, Yoko, for releasing this box digitally. I hope you’ll petition Apple to do the same with the Sgt. Pepper Deluxe set and the upcoming White Album box.
