If you are looking for the standard MMW funky, free form, jazzy groove, it is only here in pieces. Couple of songs have them in their traditional form. Most do not and, instead, are far more improvisational wanderings. Well played, but more out there than many MMW fans are accustomed to.

GREAT - Adventurous concepts and arrangments. I know many have enjoyed MM&W over the years. But for me they were sometimes overly "hyper" and a bit redundant in their album focus. Not here, expansive, unquie, and interesting start to finish. A new high water mark IMO for the trio.
