The vocals completely ruined this album. I’ve been anxiously awaiting this release based on the jams that the guitarists were posting on IG. The music itself is amazing. It’s well crafted, tight, and melodic in all the right places. Then the vocalist opens his mouth and destroys it all. He can’t scream, so it’s puzzling why they let him try. And his cleans sound so much like a pop star that they legitimately sound like a boy band that is trying their hand at djent. As long as they keep the vocalist they will be destined for small crappy clubs scattered throughout Europe.

I have been a fan of some of Monuments albums, but this is hands down the best they have out, and I think best metal album of 2018 without a doubt. This whole album is amazing!
