Does anybody remember “The Ghetto”? “I Want To Be Free”? “Life is… Too $hort”? Remember when $hort appeared on MTV and was criticized by women’s groups for appearing to give tips on how to sexually assault a female? $hort clearly shellshocked by the criticism promised in following interviews to focus more on socially conscious songs like “So You Want To Be A Gangster”. But clearly those promises and the fake statements of remorse were just that, fake. Intended to assuage the critics until it blew over. Don’t get me wrong as a long time $hortdog fan, I know what you get with him. Sex, pimping and more sex. Todd Shaw you’re now 50 plus. Change the subject bruh. Ironic that by far the best song in this collection (and it’s not even close) is probably the only song that doesn’t strictly deal with sex “Feelin’ Somethin’”
