Loved “Thru your phone”. It was a perfect representation women’s anger and trauma after a man’s cheating and gaslighting. I could hear the pain in her voice and it’s comforting knowing that other women feel the same. I love listening to this song when I feel angry/sad about abusive males that I’ve dated.

this album is deserving of its grammy, it is a musical wonderland. one of the best female rap albums in recent years

No exaggeration this album was the best album I’ve ever heard. I used to suffer from a sensory issue where I couldn’t listen to noises much less music but all I know is when Cardi B, the City Girl, Megan Thee Stallion and other artist came out between 2016 2017. I literally felt so empowered as a woman and Cardi B‘s album summed all of that up. I had no choice but to listen to music and I am so happy that I did. I’m so happy that I was able to get over that Due to this beautiful album. It a full body of work that made me feel so many different emotions. I felt strong. I felt empowered. I felt that as a woman I have no obstacles that I cannot get over and I know that it sounds silly because it’s a rap album we’re talking about but a song like Get Up 10 is literally a motivation because no lie I will never stop, every time I fall I’m going to get up but Cardi I would let my album continue to make waves before I make the second one, take all the time you need sweetie because this right here is excellence.
