Electronics don't work for every group...

Hi Viz is the exception. Melding synth with vocals, it all comes out in the mix. Love the minimalistic approach on Track 2, use of vocals, set to a Motown-ish rock beat. Not every song is great, but the vocals are inventive, like in 14U+15ME, excellent choice of voice, but too much syndicated techno. Sydney must be rockin' pretty hard these days!
NAILED IT!!!!!

Legends! FMU w/ that sound from beginning to end. Loved every second. Hi Viz is definitely in-ur-face, and will definitely be on repeat all summer.

I'm a diehard and long time Presets lover one that's been consistently impressed with the various explorations, themes, sound refinement, and growth they've embodied with each new album. Hi Viz however puts an end to that positive streak for me especially as the highly anticipated follow up to the exceptional Pacific. Out of all the tracks here, I'm very disappointed to say I found only one, Feel Alone to be of the usual caliber and electronic pop track quality.
SICKENING

Has that same "Down Down Down" riff vibe The Presets nailed years ago.
Good electronics. Kick goes boom, snare goes pop, and that sidechained bass pumps relentlessly in all the right ways. Good band that keeps doing good to yr earhole and rump sonic things down in that sweaty, subbed to the max sub-basement dancefloor.
I can hear the lights. I can see the noise. The helicopters are coming. Down on me tonight. They're just over the hill. We could get arrested.
I cannot wait.....

The Presets have been putting out some of the best electronic music out there for a while now... and I am so incredibly excited they have a new album on the way... So far this feels like their older stuff... Which I love all their music... So... Bring it on... 14u and 14me..... 😁😁😁
