This is a solid effort by T-Rock but not as good as his Payback: Vengeance and Payback: Karma double release. The issue with Still Rocksolid is mostly due to production. Maceo did a pretty good job on the beats but here's the reason for the 4 Stars.
1. The beat for Still Rocksolid (and the Outro) is a modified version of the beat from Lord Infamous's Drug Abuse. -1/2 Star
2. The beat for I See is a modified version of Lord Infamous's Tag and Bag. -1/2 Star
Overall, a really good album by T-Rock, but the album would have been 5 Stars if Maceo was more consistent with his beats and if Mossberg808 produced some of the tracks.
